These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Afghanistan Premier League website, mobile applications, and related services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Afghanistan Premier League (APL), operated under the Afghanistan Cricket Board.

are the exclusive property of Afghanistan Premier League, Afghanistan Cricket Board, or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. Ticket Purchases and Events
When purchasing tickets or attending APL events:
- Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in the event of cancellation. Rescheduled events honor original tickets.
- Entry Requirements: Valid tickets and photo identification may be required for entry.
- Venue Rules: You must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including security checks.
- Conduct: APL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate event policies.
- Photography/Recording: Professional cameras and recording devices may be prohibited without permission.
- Broadcasting: By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for broadcast purposes.
5. User Accounts and Registration
If you create an account on our Services:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

12. Severability
