are the exclusive property of Afghanistan Premier League, Afghanistan Cricket Board, or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

When purchasing tickets or attending APL events:

• Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in the event of cancellation. Rescheduled events honor original tickets.
• Entry Requirements: Valid tickets and photo identification may be required for entry.
• Venue Rules: You must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including security checks.
• Conduct: APL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate event policies.
• Photography/Recording: Professional cameras and recording devices may be prohibited without permission.
• Broadcasting: By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for broadcast purposes.

If you create an account on our Services:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

APL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by APL, constitute the entire agreement between you and APL regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
